Shhh..... Don't disturb them.
Their are couple of things which are fascinating about this photograph. You know, these nurser are from southern India, which is like thousands of kilometres away from Delhi. They come from far places to work, leaving their own children behind to take care of others newborn. They are so cautious about everything, while taking care of these babies. They are such a hardworking women. Respect!
